1. Agreement

By accessing the Sequence Pro website (“Site”) or using the Sequence Pro application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

2. Purchases

Purchases (including pricing, taxes, refunds, and payment processing) may be handled by third-party providers such as Gumroad. Your purchase may be subject to those providers’ terms in addition to these Terms.

Unless a purchase page says otherwise, each license key is for the purchaser's own use. Additional users, teams, or redistribution require separate written permission or a license that expressly allows that use.

Unless a purchase page says otherwise, a license includes updates for the current major version of the App. Future major versions may require a separate purchase or paid upgrade.

3. License

Your use of the App is governed by the license terms provided at /licenses/ and/or the license presented at the time of purchase/installation. If there is a conflict, the purchase/installation license controls.

You may use the App to create exports for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms and any laws, platform rules, or third-party rights that apply to your source media.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the Site or App for unlawful purposes.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys, app downloads, or private source code.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the Site or services except where law allows.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your media and content.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, App, branding, and all related content are owned by Sequence Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-party open-source software included with the App remains governed by the licenses and notices provided by its respective authors.

6. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SEQUENCE PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR APP.
